In the connection to the land, to its history and to the history of her people have been her inspiration. These links can be found in the motifs and forms she creates, and in the inscriptions in her Judaica works.
Cadmor participated in many group and solo exhibitions in Israel, Europe, Japan and Taiwan.
In 1993 Prime Minister Ytzhak Rabin gave President Clinton (USA) as a gift a ceramic bowl created by R. Cadmor.
