Specialized in textile and printing designs.
Created the collection "Geo" in which the pattern derives from the world of Origami (paper folding) and is implemented into soft fabrics.
Geometric shapes reminiscent of hard, angular materials – are the surprising result of promoting fabric to behave in a new manner.

Untitled – Blue Polygone
Geometric patterned 3D fabric
Screen print on hand dyed cotton,
105X110 cm
Piece of textile that folds, fractures and turns in 3D ways, deriving from a flat print pattern. It is an exploration of the relationship between printed material itself and the image it creates. This investigation evolved into a textile manufacturing process in which a 2D image defines the dropping and folding of the fabric. The light and elastic textile is hand dyed and then screen printed with inflexible material that indicates the fabric's movement, creating a new 3D textile structure.
